Ogore Walk/Run Animation - Take One

For my game animation class we were given an Ogore Rig to animate; our first project was to animate a walk and run cycle. The professor gave each student free reign with giving this model character and life. So far, I have laid down the initial keys for the animation. Here is two perspectives for my animation:

Phalanx Turret Reference Gathering

For my GAD304 class I have been given an art test of modeling, UV mapping, and texturing a Phalanx Turret; because I wish to venture down the path of a technical director and for my love of animation, I have also decided that I will take on the extra responsibility of rigging and animating this gun.

GAD:360 Lo-Poly Drone

Here is the lo-poly drone the target poly count was 5000 tris, this model came in at 4992 tris; yep definitely proud of that, it looks really good for a lo-poly. Now that I have my lo/hi-poly models done Im going to go ahead and get started breaking down the uv's and preparing it for the bake

GAD:360 HiPoly Drone

Ok, so I went back into maya and remodeled this drone from lo-poly up. My original attempt was to start with a hi-poly and take it down to 5000 tris, and that didn't quite give me the results that I was shooting for. I think I made a good call to reverse the order, it turned out to be a faster process
